Patient was concerned about the protrusion of her upper front teeth and the mismatching upper centerline. Patient presented with crowding and protrusion of the upper front teeth. The upper centerline was off to the right side by 2mm. Patient was interested in undergoing treatment with the most discreet option possible so we provided lingual incognito fixed appliances. Space was released to pull the upper teeth back through the loss of two upper premolar teeth. The centreline was corrected to the facial midline. Patient was very happy with the change in her facial appearance, smile and the remarkable change to the facial profile.
